Return Policy

Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% uncooditionally satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Merchandise must be in salable condition and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on final sale items, personal use items such as toys, crates, carriers, beds, or medications. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt must be presented at the time of return.

• Food & Treat Returns MUST have the UPC from the original bag returned with the item for us to honor the return. If you use a food container for storage then please keep the bag or the UPC from the bag, especially if you are trying out a new food.
• Defective merchandise will be given a full refund or exchange if accompanied by a receipt, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.

We do not issue refunds, store credits, or replacements on replacements.

We reserve the right to limit refunds, store credits, and replacements.
